I thought it would be an interesting case study to look at how we have planned our 2010 trip to Le Tour and L’Etape. I basically have followed the same planning methodology described in the Cycling Through France Guide and in the other posts on this topic…

So BikeStyle Tours (Oz) have released their L’Etape du Tour tours. This year we have two options:
Etape-only: AUD$450, no support, this is bare bones entry only
Guided tour: AUD$2350, 20 people only, 5 days/4 nights, Etape transfers, Etape support (see the rest below)

So understandably I am ultra excited for this to be done. I’m busy pulling last minute photos in for it, and double checking the copy, and making sure my writing isn’t too obnoxious, precocious or verbose, but it’ll be heading its way to production in the next 48 hours.
I’m just working out what this baby is worth. It’s totally awesome and ultra useful, comprehensive, and could save the reader hundreds of bucks. Tricky business.
